How to color summer pages
Turn up the brightness. Summer is the season for bold color: turquoise, coral, sunshine yellow and leafy green.
Make water sparkle. Color the water in two blues and leave small white gaps here and there. They read as sunlight on the waves.
Keep drinks see-through. Color lemonade a pale yellow and let the white paper show through around the ice cubes.
Take it outside. Colored pencils travel well. Print a page or two for the beach, the campsite or a long car ride.

Free summer coloring pages: questions
Are these summer coloring pages really free?
Yes. The first page downloads straight away, no sign-up needed. Enter your email to unlock three more summer pages instantly on this page. We'll also send a confirmation email, so we can send you new free pages.
What size are the pages?
The pages are square, just like the Summer Vacation paperback. They print on regular US Letter or A4 paper: choose "Fit to page" in your print settings.
Are these summer coloring pages for adults or kids?
Both. The scenes are made for adults who want to relax, and the bold, easy outlines are easy enough for kids and beginners too.
Can I print more than one copy?
Of course. Print as many copies as you like for yourself, your family or your classroom. If you'd like to share them, please share a link to this page rather than the PDF file.
Are these good for summer vacation with kids?
They're perfect for it. Print a few pages before a trip and pack a small set of pencils: they keep kids busy in the car, on a plane or on a rainy day at the campsite.
