How to color cute dogs
Choose a breed palette. Golden retrievers love warm yellows and ochres, poodles look sweet in apricot or cream, and a beagle needs brown, black and white patches.
Color curls with small circles. For fluffy or curly coats, use tiny circular strokes instead of straight lines. It looks soft and hides any uneven coloring.
Make the ears one shade darker. Coloring the ears a little darker than the body gives a dog instant depth.
Save your boldest color for accessories. A collar, sweater or bandana is the perfect place for a bright pop of red or teal.
